We'll begin with a brief consultation to go over your intake form, address any questions, and give you a clear overview of what to expect.45-min distance Reiki:
During the scheduled session, you will receive Reiki energy from me. All you need to do is set your intention to receive the Reiki. Some clients find it helpful to keep a journal nearby to note any thoughts or feelings during the session, which can be shared in a closing chat if desired.post session feedback + channeled messages:
